(OT) - Building a castle today using only medieval methods

Of course, what we need to do now, is once it is finished, persuade him that it is the perfect place for Pendragon conventions....  I'm suspecting that sanitation will also be medieval though... (unless its portaloos outside).

I'm living in Dijon, at 1 hour of this future castle, ans that's really impressive !!!!
All is made using only medieval method, excet the ropes that are bought (bigger security of the worker and the visitors....), and every worker are ready to explain their works....
